Product Description
Welded steel mesh for reinforced concrete is a kind of steel mesh welded by a coil-rolled ribbed steel bar or cold-rolled smooth round steel bar, which is manufactured in the factory, and is a good and efficient material for concrete distribution. Its appearance is of great significance to improving building construction eficiency, structural quality, safety, and reliability, and changing traditional building construction methods. It can be used for reinforcement of reinforced concrete structures and ordinary steel bars of prestressed concrete structures. In order to standardize the production and application of this material and promote the improvement of the industrialization level of my country's construction industry, the industry-standard YB/T076-1995 has been formulated.
Reinforcement mesh can be divided into stereotyped reinforcement mesh and customized reinforcement mesh according to its shape.
Custom meshes can have different bar spacing and diameter in two directions, but have the same bar diameter, same bar spacing, and same bar length in one direction.

Specification of welded reinforcing mesh:

  • Diameter of reinforcing rebar: 3-12 mm.
  • Reinforcing rebar wire distance: 100, 150 , 200, 250, 300 , 400 and 500 mm.

Application

Reinforcing mesh is used to increase the structural strength of reinforcing concrete structures and asphalt. Creation of the inner frame reinforcement for concrete structures can provide a high level of performance . Reinforcing mesh is also used for other purposes, such as:

  • Making frames.
  • Reinforcement of road surfaces or parking areas, so welded reinforcing mesh called road reinforcing mesh grid (5-6 mm).
  • Manufacture of various fences.
  • Used as Masonry mesh (3-4 mm wire).
  • Used as coal mine supporting mesh for coal mine roadway supporting.
